Section 1

Eligibility & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between the 7y77 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("Member", "you"). By registering at 7y77 or using any service on the Site, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms.

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age;
• Be legally eligible to participate in online gaming;
• Register only one account in your own name;
• Create an account by providing accurate and truthful information.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at 7y77, you must provide your correct name, an active mobile number or email address, and date of birth. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is a direct violation of these Terms. In such cases, all associated accounts may be cancelled and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7y77 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks)

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 — applicable equally to every payment method.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, some delay may occur during the identity verification stage.

3.4 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing the maximum of ৳14,000 adds a ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳22,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.
• 7y77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if bonus funds have not been played through.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 7y77 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 7y77 or its respective licensors. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

7y77 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems;
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or violation of the Terms;
• Issues arising from third-party services;
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, and similar events.

7y77 always strives to maintain service quality; however, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

Section 11

Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be given before the account is closed; however, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been met.

11.2 Closure by 7y77

In the event of a Terms violation, 7y77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice. The return of deposited funds (excluding bonuses) in such cases will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is declared legally invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and in effect.

These Terms (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy) constitute the entire agreement between 7y77 and the member and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

13.3 Amendments to the Terms

7y77 may modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered evidence of acceptance of the updated Terms.
